It truly was a lovely experience. Located a few steps away from a port. Carretera Alcanada was just a few steps away from the hotel.

I felt like a kid again at the Pool Bar & Restaurant Seabreeze, where breakfast was served. The variety of tasty treats transported me back to my childhood days of eating at a candy store. The only difference was that the Pool Bar offered a more adult-friendly menu!

I chose Serenity for its perfect location near the Puig de Sant Marti. The convenience of safes and coffee/tea makers was a pleasant surprise. I also loved the refreshing drinks served at the poolside bars.

A bin in the main area would have been useful. Key card issues and the need to slam the door caused slight inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Serenity Apartments for a week-long vacation. The serene and well-maintained environment made for a calming experience in the heart of the city. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Linda at the reception, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was pleasant, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The quiet nights and excellent pillow ensured a restful sleep. We will definitely be back!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had such a blast at Serenity! Engaged in activities like horse riding and snorkeling, enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, and even got fit at the fitness center. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of walking through their lovely mini-market. Such a delightful experience.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool from the balcony. It felt like a home away from home, with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances. The bathroom had nice amenities like bath robes and slippers, making it feel luxurious. Free access to wireless internet was a convenient addition to stay connected.

Personally, I found the balcony or terrace in some units to be a bit small.

The adults only section was extremely quiet, ideal for a light sleeper. the facilities were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. the cleanliness of all areas was outstanding. Within walking distance of the beach with plenty of local activities, it's the perfect location.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel is great, with beautiful views of the mountains from the terrasse. the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing quick and kind assistance. the rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the apartment provides a calm and pleasant environment.

The shops in the complex have limited options and the reception area is not open for long enough, which can be inconvenient for business travelers.

I had an amazing 7-night stay in Port de Alcudia, with fantastic proximity to all amenities, friendly staff, and reasonably spacious rooms - highly recommended!

The room was amazing! It had a cozy balcony with a lovely pool view. I loved the kitchenette, it had everything I needed. The bathroom was clean and the bath robes felt luxurious. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat!

The only thing I didn't like was the small balcony. It would have been nice to have a bigger one to relax on.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment. the kitchenette was well-equipped and the room was spacious and modern. the shower was hot and powerful. the location was great, close to beaches and shops. the staff, especially Linda, were friendly and helpful. A welcome treat and bottle of water were a nice touch. the pool area looked inviting, although we didn't get to use it. Plenty of parking was available nearby. Cons: None.
